•Tiffany is an excellent buyer's agent! She has excellent knowledge of the market and trends, how to successfully negotiate and she never once suggested a house above the budget guideline we gave her. The housing market was really tight when we were looking but she helped us to navigate the competitive situation and get the house we wanted. My favorite thing about looking at homes with Tiffany is she points out everything about the house she notices, including small imperfections. Things I would never notice myself but that could be signs of problems. I love this because it makes me feel she wants us to have the right house not just close the sale. This was our second time working with Tiffany and she will definitely be the agent we call the next time around!
