Phenomenal relator. We had our home on the market for roughly a year with a different relator and not a single offer. We took it off the market and took a few months to look at SEVERAL different relators. I contacted Renee and instantly through our first conversation she was who I wanted! We left her in full control on what to do from paint to landscaping- listen to her and use the many resources she can provide. She even went above and beyond and did an excellent simple staging of it. Our home was under contract in 2 weeks. (15 days to be exact). Enough said , right?
