We met Leigh Ann through our son and daughter-in-law. From the first time we met Leigh Ann we knew she was the right realtor for us. She was quick on the job looking and meeting us several times as we wanted to find the right house. After searching for a while Leigh Ann was quick to get answers for us and help us through the whole buying process. We even went back and forth about buying the house but she never let us down or got frustrated with us. She only wanted what was best for us. She truly did a remarkable job. Tony has been an absolute pleasure to work with!! He is patient, knowledgeable and thorough. This was our first time buying a home and we couldn’t imagine working with anyone else, we walked us through everything and was always available to answer any questions we may have. He made the madness of buying a first home painless ! We are super happy with our new home and don’t plan to sell anytime soon but if and when we do really really hope we get to work with him again. Tony found our dream house. We were under pressure to find a place as our lease was ending. We explained to Tony what each of us was looking for in a dream house.Every house Tony showed us, he mentioned two or three things from our list that the house met. When we strayed from our own requirements for expedience, Tony reminded us that the house was lacking important qualities that we had told him we wanted. When Tony added our house to the list, we didn't like it and didn't want to go see it. Tony was persistent and asked us to just look at it. You know all those houses you see listed online that look great and then you see it and hate it? This house was the opposite. Online, it had no character. The photos didn't do it justice. But in person, it was all we wanted and more. Tony had listened to all our concerns. He had done the math regarding our commute, proximity to neighbors, and he even pointed out the negatives that we'd have to consider. Initially we eliminated it. But it became the standard that we held other houses to. Eventually we realized it was the one. Tony helped us in every phase - inspections, negotiations. He listened to us from the beginning and always tried to show us houses that he had already evaluated according to our requirements. I do not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone that is looking to buy a home.

Tiffany is an excellent buyer's agent! She has excellent knowledge of the market and trends, how to successfully negotiate and she never once suggested a house above the budget guideline we gave her. The housing market was really tight when we were looking but she helped us to navigate the competitive situation and get the house we wanted. My favorite thing about looking at homes with Tiffany is she points out everything about the house she notices, including small imperfections. Things I would never notice myself but that could be signs of problems. I love this because it makes me feel she wants us to have the right house not just close the sale. This was our second time working with Tiffany and she will definitely be the agent we call the next time around!

A friend recommended Robert to sell my rental home and I couldn't have been happier. I live 2 hours from the home that we just closed on, and he found workers to do repairs, let them in, even blew the leaves so I wouldn't have to travel back and forth. He is very organized, really knows the market in the area and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend him for selling or buying.
