First of all, she was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and referred us to the perfect people for financing, inspections, etc. Kristen and her team communicated every step of the process to us and it was flawless. She made herself available for every house that we wanted to look at and never made us feel like we were burdening her. Kristen's attention to detail, negotiation skills, and addition of her personal touches allowed us to buy the house we really wanted, even though there were multiple offers. Kelly is among the absolute best in the field. He has expert knowledge of the market and all the ins and outs of the real estate business. He gives great honest advice, stays in constant contact, and really goes above and beyond for his clients. We were selling one house and buying another, and he made the whole transaction completely seamless for us - no doubt he did A LOT of work behind the scenes so that we didn’t have to worry about it. Paige is long time Dentonite and knows the little town and surrounding areas well. She’s so kind, patient and calm even when you’re stressed and dealing with buying, selling property and packing and moving. We contacted Taylor as she was the listing agent for a house we had seen on Trulia - and feel very fortunate to have done so. Although that house was already under contract, Taylor offered to run a search in the neighborhood after getting some more details. Two viewings later and we made an offer on a wonderful home. We had an amazing experience with Taylor – which made the whole process feel very relaxed and smooth. She was attentive without being pushy, and her expertise and savvy shone through from the beginning. As first time buyers it felt good to have Taylor in our corner, she was a big help when making the offer (we bought in a competitive market), and although we shopped around extensively, it was her recommendation for financing that beat out all other offerings. Taylor was always available to answer questions; return voicemails etc. and always had useful advice. Mr. Lewandowski is a godsend. He cares about his clients and works tirelessly to make sure they have the best experience possible. We were really in a hurry to move, and he showed us properties every night until we found our home. He was always available for questions and explained the home-buying process each step of the way. Within two months Kelly sold 2 houses for us and was also responsible for our purchase of our "forever" home. In this sellers market you might think the sells weren't so surprising, but without his knowledge of the market I doubt we would have sold our residence in one day with multiple offers. Which takes me to the house we bought..he recommended an offer that put us as contenders but wasn't inflated. The whole experience (all 3 of them), went quick and smooth thanks to his work.
