Rachel helped me from start to finish with finding me a home. She demonstrates an executive leadership mentality while executing all the things on her end to make buying a home so streamline that it’s easier than you think. She helped me understand the risks of different options I was looking at when wanting to buy a home, and didn’t pressure me into buying each house we looked at. She’s diligent in her work and gets things done when she says she will. I had no issues at all. When questions came up, she answered them professionally and promptly. She’s very proactive and clear with her communication. She’s on top of her game and made this process a lot less stressful and explained everything clearly to me. She even sat with me to look over some documents and helped me understand what was going on during each step. What agent really does that? She’s caring, responsible, and knows her industry. 10/10, highly recommend.
