This team was very impressive, easy to work with, passionate about their business and effective.

Working with Katie and Adriano was a very pleasant experience. They were always on time and provided all of the information we needed to navigate the Seller activities. Their knowledge of the market and the mechanics of selling helped us a great deal. They responded quickly and effectively when we had questions. Our property was more of a marketing challenge because of its size, price and smaller population of potential buyers. Katie and Adriano worked hard and effectively used their marketing expertise to expose our home to a pool of very picky and demanding buyers. Negotiations were very difficult at times but their advice and council was very helpful and effective.
