Very rapid sale, got exactly the price we'd hoped. Mr Gomez made the whole process so easy.

Mr Gomez was referred by a relative. My husband and I were nervous because, though handsome, beautifully dressed, and easy to talk with, he looked so young. (When you get past 70, 30 something men all look like kids.) So we worried about his experience. We'd had difficulty with a previous real estate agent and dIdn't want more drama or any problems...and this sale was very important to us, and time sensitive. We took a chance and are so glad we did. We learned that he has years of success on his own, but is also part of a family team that meets and discusses their listings , so he is advised and supported by their decades of experience. We had already signed for another property so a rapid sale for the amount needed to proceed was absolutely necessary. I worried about everything and called him with lots of questions. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more patient, courteous person. Mr Gomez guided us all the way, took my calls or returned them rapidly, and reassured me constantly. Many things I thought needed to be done to sell were unnecessary, and he handled what DID need to be done. The house was listed on Thursday and he had an Open House that weekend. We chose from among the top ten offers and had it sold for more than we'd asked, by Monday morning. Closing was easy too. His agency sent a traveling closer to our home. Everything worked out better than we'd hoped. I am so glad I gave Mr Jose Gomez a chance and will certainly call him again for any future real estate sales or purchases.
