Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable in guiding me throughout the entire home buying process, even including the financial side. He made it feel effortless and seamless, handling everything for me throughout the complicated first time home buying experience. Deborah is a great Realtor who was able to find my husband and I's dream home. My husband and I told her exactly what we were looking for and she was able to supply us with multiple options based on out wants. She took the time to really engage with us and help us through the process of buying a house for the first time. In addition, she treated us as if we were family. Meaning, she would call us when she found a house she believed we would be interested in, she would make time on the weekend and throughout the week to show us houses, and she treated us with the up-most respect. When my husband and I first got pre-approved for our mortgage, we had no idea where to begin. I sent an inquiry about a couple houses on Zillow and was promptly messaged back by Deborah. She was very friendly, full of energy, and super patient with us during the house hunt. She showed us about seven different homes in our price range and we decided to put in an offer on the very last one we looked at. A couple months passed and the house we were interested in buying fell through for a number of reasons. We both felt this feeling in the pits of our stomachs about it, and couldn't stop thinking about another home we had looked at so we took it as a sign. We happily walked away from the first house we attempted to buy and promptly made an offer on the one we had our heart set on all along. From that point forward, it was smooth sailing and we were in our home in a couple short months! It's hard to believe we have lived in our home eight whole months and loving every minute of it. My husband and I could not have asked for a better agent! Deborah truly make our home buying experience a breeze! I would recommend her to anyone.
