From another state, Laura connected with us via phone. She instantly instilled confidence. Not only because she has lived in the area for 25 years, but she was sincere and seemed trustworthy. Before we arrived in central Florida, Laura set us up with a One Home application sign in and sent us MLS listings that fit our wish list. She assured us that she would always make herself available to answer questions. This was especially important to us during the closing period. A process with which we are unfamiliar and can be different in a new state. While viewing properties in various cities, she was always prepared with numbers and educated us about the taxes and other considerations unique to each county. Laura was attentive during viewings and remembered our pros and cons for many properties. When we put in our first offer, Laura went out of her way to meet home inspectors. She also impressively helped us negotiate with the sellers who are located on the west coast, communicate effectively with the sellers’ agent, and coordinate communications between our lender and the local title company. Even the little hiccups with that process seemed to be resolved easily with her thorough updates and deadline reminders. Laura exceeded our expectations and made us better understand a real estate agent’s responsibilities. We were pleased to learn how many people know and respect Laura in the community. That is something that is only earned when reciprocated. For example, I asked her to thank the sellers' agent when something didn’t work out in contract and she replied that she already had. Someone who shows mutual respect for the other parties in a major transaction, is who I want leading my team. At times, Laura was a bit of a therapist, a teacher, an accountant and now a friend. Her ability to operate wearing many hats, left us feeling indebted to her. If we are in the market for a home again, we will definitely be calling Laura Davis. We trust and appreciate her completely.

Inga Bateman made this experience the most pleasant selling experience I’ve ever had. She took care of everything and down to the smallest detail…from pictures and video by a very professional photographer to the advertising capabilities and market knowledge. She covered everything and kept us updated throughout the process. Finding the perfect buyer of our “home” we definitely made the right choice in the best real estate professional we could have.

My wife and I are lifelong renters. We got married March of 2022 and set a goal to buy a house within a year. We worked with another realtor for a couple of months and we’re getting nowhere. We switched realtors in December after our landlord sent us a non-renewal notice, ending our lease at the end of February. We worked with that agent for a day, and decided to switch again because he refused to ask for seller concessions (this isn’t the market to ask for concessions he informed us). After a phone call with our loan officer, we decided to give Laura a call. She listened to our situation, got the basics of what we were looking for, and most importantly reassured us we had time and would find our home. We hit the ground running, she took note as to what we liked and didn’t like, met us for viewings with a smile nights and weekends all over Orlando. We thought we found the right house in early December, but was unable to close due to appraisal shortfall. We bounced back right away, and Laura made sure we found our perfect home almost a week later. She was a pro at handling curveballs, and reassured us every step of the way. She understands the market, people, and the VA Loan. Incredibly happy and would recommend her to anyone!

Willing to provide his advise / recommendations on situations, this made our experience stress free and kept us heading in the correct direction. Laura worked with me for a little bit over a year to find the home I wanted. I had some requirements and was a bit picky on my choices and options. I wanted a home with hardwood (i hate whole tiled homes), natural gas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a new roof (or non-leaking), electrical had to be 100%. Pretty much I'm looking for a house that I can move into without having to spend $1000s on repairs in the first year. So, I would say I was a bit picky, and Laura met all those needs and criteria. She was a wealth of informative even before I started looking for a home with giving me the step-by-step process and never giving me false hope or unrealistic expectations. She was able to simply answer any first-time homebuyers questions no matter how mundane or advanced the questions are. During the purchasing phase, she was on top of everything even when I left the country for a vacation. She kept me updated on everything and understood exactly what I wanted and expected, and she made it happen. As a first-time homeowner the process of buying is stressful and can go seriously wrong if you are not prepared. With Laura's knowledge and attention to details and her understanding of what I wanted made the decision to purchase my home much easier than I thought it would have been. Would I recommend Laura to anyone? Absolutely, and especially to first time buyers.
