The best realtor in the universe!
Laura went so far beyond what was required it was awesome. Our old house sold very fast and we had no house yet. She worked tirelessly to find us properties to see and even worked nights and weekends. We found a home and she helped us expedite the closing process. She never acted like we were just a dollar figure but real people and she wanted to help us. You can’t go wrong with Laura as your realtor. We became friends and she is an extraordinary human being as well as being a fantastic realtor.

Perfect personality for both the seller and the buyer!
Although David is new in the real estate world he is not inexperienced with communicated and dealing with people. He has an impressive way of making a stressful, difficult process feel painless and positive. Always on top of phone calls, follow thru and professional at all times. Would certainly use him again.

Most amazing experience ever!
Inga was beyond amazing. From day one of the process she was on top of every single step and detail. Making sure we were comfortable as well as understanding with what was going on. She works tirelessly in order to make the home buying/selling process as enjoyable as possible. She would check in on us daily with updates or just to see how we were doing. She truly is special. I can not imagine a better experience than what we had I recommend her to anybody who wants to enjoy the process of buying or selling a home as well as knowing you’re in the best hands possible!

Best Agent
Inga took care of our sale from start to finish. She provided a true concierge service which we required as out of town sellers. She is excellent. She handled all of our showings, met with vendors when needed and arranged all the details for the closing. Her knowledge and connections to Orlando and surrounding areas is unsurpassed. I highly recommend.

David Mills Goes Above and Beyond
David went to the ‘nth degree in representing me as a seller of a rental property, and subsequently as a buyer of an unimproved lot. He made countless calls, on my behalf, as we looked for the latter, investment property. Not only is David highly professional, he’s a lot of fun.

Excellent Agent!
Laura was an absolute blessing during our home buying experience. We purchased a home in Florida while living out of state. She never hesitated to look at a home for us using FaceTime until we were able to get to town. She sent us homes that met our criteria before they were listed on the public search engines. Laura also helped us work through issues that we were having with our lender. More than once we called her with a concern and her response was “Don’t worry. I already have that taken care of.” She was very proactive and went above and beyond! Thank you again Laura!
