•We made several attempts to purchase a home over the course of 10+ year only to be out bid or priced out of the market. Ms. Stanton's patience and guidance during the process definitely made the experience less painful. Ms. Stanton listened to what we wanted, helped us become realistic in our expectations, and did not send us listings that did not match our needs. She respected our privacy and did not give our contact information to lenders. Instead, she provided us with a list of lenders and other people/companies that were integral to the home-buying process. Our search did not drag on for months with multiple house tours. We made an offer on the first home we toured; but the inspection results and seller's response caused us to withdraw the offer. We toured 3 additional houses before making an offer on the home we purchased. The process took 30 days and was so quick and seamless that we thought it was a fluke. After closing, she continued to provide assistance with the purchase by contacting the listing agent to get the information we needed about the property. Competent! Patient! Closer!
