I got in touch with Zengqun via social media as she has dedicated channel providing real estate related informations. I got impressed by her deep understanding of greater DMV area real estate market. After several month occasional discussion with her, I have started more serious search of my new home. Zengqun has given several property options to me based on information from our discussion. One day I was browsing on Redfin, I noticed the new home I am interested in, which will give an open house the next weekend. I asked her whether she is able to go the next day or give me a video tour as I was not in the same state of the new home and cannot go by myself. Even Zengqun has not signed representative agreement with me and also has another important appointment, she managed to got in touch with the seller’s agent and provided a video tour in a timely manner during the open house. Since I am very satisfied with the house and got good enough first hand info from the video tour, we signed the representative agreement and also gave offer to the seller the same evening around 11:00 PM her time. There were several offers. And Zengqun was able to make our offer outstanding among others based her experience and my budget. The seller accepted our offer the next day. I never thought the buying process could be so quick. Unlike another agent I was also in touch with at the same time, Zengqun’s proactive attitude had win her business and also helped me bought the house. I would highly recommend her for any real estate business you are planning to conduct with for her professionalism, dedication and flexibility.

Through the purchasing and renting out many properties, I have met many realtors in my life. Regardless of state borders, what I am usually faced with in a Realtor is unprofessionalism, impatience, and money-driven without your rights as a seller/buyer in mind. Meeting Queenie Zhao was like finally able to breathe after being suffocated for so long. Queenie Zhao was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. She asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of to make sure the home we were touring didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once we got into escrow, Queenie Zhao was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Queenie. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes.
