The best, most resourceful, patient and knowledgeable real estate agent

We met Mr. Newman at the Oldsmar Fleamarket on a Saturday where we inquired about foreclosures. A few weeks later, Mr. Newman followed up with us and we made arrangements to meet and discuss our goals and strategies for buying a house in an impossible market. Two months later, we are enjoying our new house. If not for Mr. Newman's patience, professionalism and knowledge regarding real estate and this impossible market, coupled with his persistence and calm demeanor, I am confident that we would never have closed on a house, let alone find one. Mr. Newman made himself available on weekends, and evenings. He listened, changed strategies, adjusted his approaches, showed up for inspection after inspection, problem solved any issues that arose. There were moments in this process when we thought the obstacles were impossible to overcome and then there he was.... physically present, to ensure everything was taken care of. He really was amazing. We bought and sold three properties in the last 3 years, all were difficult, stressful, and with my husband and I doing most of the leg work. Until Mr. Newman, never did I think having the right real estate person could make such a difference. We still can't believe we got a house in this market, that we could afford, and will love for years to come. Thank you, Mr. Newman, forever grateful.
