Our three-person family had intended to move from Toronto, Canada to Tampa, Florida. While I was in Canada, I contacted Mr. Suman to ask about the Tampa real estate market in order to purchase my dream house. He was, in my opinion, really receptive right away. Knowing that my mortgage application might be approved, next step was I took a plane to Tampa, met Suman to look at houses, and finally we closed on a purchase.
