Our three-person family had intended to move from Toronto, Canada to Tampa, Florida. While I was in Canada, I contacted Mr. Suman to ask about the Tampa real estate market in order to purchase my dream house. He was, in my opinion, really receptive right away. I mention this because, before to contacting Suman, I had the misfortune of speaking with a few realtors. Those realtors did not take my situation seriously, possibly believing that I was out of the country and not a serious buyer. Suman, on the other hand, set me straight and gave me the contact information of a few mortgage agents so I could speak with them and learn how the pre-approval process operates. Knowing that my mortgage application might be approved, next step was I took a plane to Tampa, met Suman to look at houses, and finally we closed on a purchase. Since it was our first time in the new place, I thought Suman was really responsive to my several calls and carefully explained everything to me. He provided us with excellent personal and professional guidance for moving to a new city, in addition to the Real Estate procedure.
