I am writing this review after completing six months since my closing, and I want to share my complete experience. When I was searching for a home in January 2023, I randomly met Realtor Suman. On that day, he explained the communities around Wesley Chapel and the development plans the county has for the next 30 years. Due to some other reasons, I paused my home purchase plans but resumed again in mid-2024. In the meantime, I met a few other realtors, discussed communities and options, but none of them met my expectations. With the help of my friend, I finalized a property, and from a realtor perspective, I wanted to work only with Suman because of his professionalism. He is very genuine, clearly explains what is happening, outlines the next steps, and never provided me with false information throughout the entire closing process. If a buyer is not confident, he advises buyer take time to think, think carefully like that, and never rushing—he does not push people. He calls buyers in advance to prepare them for the next steps and what they need to be ready for. Whether by call or text, he provides prompt responses and stays on top of his schedule almost 99% of the time. He is trustworthy and truly a man of his word, something I always told him as well.
