Michele is great! She and her team have handled three transactions for us-both buying and selling- and we recommend her to all our friends. Very happy with her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail.

I've used Michelle to buy my house, and my sister used her to buy her house! She is super responsive and always enthusiastic! Whatever it takes, she will get the job done! I first met her when I was looking for a house. Now I'd consider her a lifelong friend. I'd recommend her to anyone!

We’ve used many realtors through the years and Kevin Para, by far, has been the best, the most honest, and most knowledgeable realtor we have had the pleasure to work with! (We worked with Kevin Para to buy and sale our two most recent homes!). We would highly recommend him!!!??????

Michelle was great! “This won’t be the first I’ve listed a house higher than everything else in the neighborhood”. Ok.. I don’t think those were her exact words, but that’s basically what she told us when we were concerned about listing too high. This was our first time selling a home and she was very patient, knowledgeable, and empowering. We sold our house for top dollar and are very pleased with the outcome. Michelle was kind, yet stern with the other agent. Her negotiating skills are second to none, and she fought for us the whole way. As we neared the closing date, there were loose ends that the buyer’s agent had not yet finalized. Michelle worked quickly to resolve all of the issues to get the deal closed on time. During the negotiation process Michelle was methodical and accommodating. She alerted us of the communication from the buyer, discussed our options, asked our opinions, gave her recommendation, and gave us time to think about how we wanted to proceed. I highly recommend Michelle Frasure.

MIchelle is wonderful agent! She and her personal assistant, were always available to help during the challenging process of buying a home. They made the program so much easier and were always eager to help; even after closing on my home.

Michele was very professional, easy to deal with and obviously passionate about real estate. Not only can she sell the properties, but she is a great ambassador for greater Tampa/St Petersburg region. Given that we were not from Florida, Michele was a real asset in helping us decide if the area was right for us. If there had been a category for persistence; I would have given Michele six stars. Her determination and "never give up" attitude sets her apart.
