In my overall conversations I always find him take sides of the seller/builder on what they had to say.. Once the contract has been signed he disappears and the only time I received a call from him is on the closing day. Overall we felt he didn't make much of an impact in our home buying process and as we took care of everything during our entire home buying process. I wouldn't go to him if he doesn't offer rebates.
