Smooth Sailing Sale

We had taken on a friend's incapacity of able to do things himself. Melissa offered to spend time winning our vote by explaining all the steps we had to do to enable to sell. She asked our opinion and offered her own to benefit the most for our friend. Mind you she had to deL with power of attorney and a house that was in a trust. She did fabulous being available any time we had a question. I recommend Melissa and team as things couldn't have gone smoothly as they do have expertise in all areas. Thank you
