I grew up in Savannah, but as a military spouse had the privilege of living in a variety of other places including Italy, Germany, Virginia, Massachusetts and Louisiana. Living in other places has given me a unique perspective of my hometown as both, a local and a newcomer. This perspective helps me understand what my clients are going through when they move here from somewhere else.
Amazed at the tremendous growth of the area, I work hard to keep my knowledge current. Whether looking for a home in Rincon, Guyton, Richmond Hill, Tybee Island, Savannah, Pooler or any of the other outlying areas, I am familiar with the area and can match home-buyers with the area that matches their needs and skillfully feature a home’s unique presence and character for sellers.
I am a firm believer in continuing my education to hone my skills in order to provide outstanding service to my clients and have earned a variety of certifications and designations. I have also had the honor of being recognized as a top sales professional by receiving the Savannah Area Realtors Distinguished Sales Society award every year since 2016. I was also recognized by the Savannah Network of Women's Council of Realtors as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018 and Member of the Year in 2019.
When not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Zack, and our English Cocker Spaniel, Bandit. I also enjoy cooking, decorating, reading and a variety of outdoor activities including gardening, biking, boating, fishing and hunting.

Excellent and Patient
During the building process we had so many delays due to Covid and Jennifer was super patient and so helpful to us first time builders.

Caring and hard working
When we decided to move from out of state we were immediately draw to Jennifer's facebook which featured videos of local parks, store's and places to eat. We thought it was wonderful to have an agent who loved where she lived and was willing to share that and be our eyes while we could not be here yet. While we did not even have our home sold yet, Jennifer met with us and continuously sent listings to keep us in the real estate market loop. She went to see homes for us via skype and toured them with us. I can tell you Jennifer was available any time there was a question or bump in the road. And we ended up with a home in a lovely area.

Happy Client
I highly recommend Jennifer Ebner for a realtor. After living in my home for several years, I had no idea which realtor to choose to help sell my home. Then I remembered a few months back receiving a post card in the mail encouraging me to meet my new neighbors, this post card was from Jennifer Ebner’s Expectations Realty group. The post card encouraged me to also contact her if I ever needed any real estate services. Fast forward to present I contact Jennifer and was greeted very warmly. Jennifer explained the whole real estate process, she is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive. Jennifer handled this whole process quickly and flawlessly. After the house was listed, it was sold shortly after. I believe it was due to her marketing style and the pictures of the home. I now consider Jennifer a friend and highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of an agent. I had a great experience and I became a happy client. She did an amazing job!

Great realtor
Jennifer was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking to buy since we were from out of state. She was a great listener to what we asked for in properties and gave us several choices that fit our needs. She was always available when we needed her assistance during the entire process and made us feel comfortable working with her. I would highly recommend Jennifer as a realtor for anyone as she is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We currently live out of state and every time we have reached out to her for help with the property, she has always been there for us.

Awesome experience
