•Melinda went WAY above and beyond the responsibilities of any realtor that I have ever experienced. We had a sticky situation involving renters who were not keen on leaving our home so we could list it. She wrote out the lease agreement, spoke with the renters, collaborated with lawyers, and made it very easy for us to understand the process and agreement. Then we had several situations arise with our house and Melinda again went out of her way on several occasions when she absolutely did not have to. She was very communicative, proactive, and thorough. Our lawyer that we used for the closing thinks so highly of her he even gave us a discount on his fees. Melinda Walencewicz had the knowledge, skills, contacts, and most importantly, the patience to walk us through every step from beginning to end and we are quite grateful for her assistance. I also highly recommend her if you are older/elderly as that seems to be her expertise as well.
