Very Professional and so understanding of your emotions even on a bad day when you're upset he's the one that can say "Well good news here's your numbers and things are looking great! Market is favoring and we can get this done." He's a true team member and also always there. Text or voicemail he'll get back with you. He's a great guy and the best.
Five stars is not enough for William and the service he provides for his clients. My wife and I would not consider using anyone else for our next sale. His marketing of properties to get the maximum number of buyers and the highest price is nothing short outstanding.
William Andy's Realty went above and beyond what we expected in a realtor .The experience has been wonderful. I had moved to Scottsburg in November and had to move back to West Coast in March, but was stuck with a house I purchased in January. I found William online and had him represent me as my realtor. He had knowledge of area and what I had to do to get my house sold. I told him I didn't want to have to pay more than one month payment and he came through. I sold lower than what I wanted but more than I paid. We closed on Friday. I highly recommend William as your realtor.
