•I reached out to Juan for help wanting to sell 1, and then likely 2 more of my Denver properties. Juan promptly coordinated on site visits to my properties bringing with him broker associates and a sale prep building contractor. As a fellow engineer, I appreciated the methodical and thorough walk through and pro/con evaluation of each property. When it came time to list my first property with Juan, he coordinated that effort in a timely manner, and in just a few days I was under contract. Some creative thought and effort was needed during contract execution relating to financing and a trouble some HOA management company. With his insight and extra effort, he helped get the deal done. I'm looking forward to selling my next property through his organization.
Working with Juan was an absolute pleasure. He was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making the process smooth for everyone involved. His communication and attention to detail made a big difference from start to finish. Sheena Sandoval and I would highly recommend Juan to anyone!
