•My overall experience with having Grady sell my property was excellent. Grady made the entire process a breeze. Not only did he simplify it for someone who has never done the process but made it smooth and worry free. Grady spent countless hours of his free time advertising and promoting my property. He had a very strong social media presence with the property but also held multiple open house events which he attended in person and was able to present the house to potential buyers. Grady is very punctuational with his paperwork and also extremely upfront on updates and what each potential buyer/offer may entail. What I appreciated most, was that Grady listens to what you have to say and will do everything in his power to make it happen. I had a great experience with selling my home because of his hard work. I would recommend anyone to him if they are looking to sell or purchase a home. You can rest assured that your wants and needs are in good hands with Grady.
