I gave Heather a pretty much impossible task ! Meet with my daughter and I, and find me a house to purchase in one day, and make it vacant and move-in ready if possible. Heather immediately began sending me listings via email to review and comment on. Unfortunately, most of the ones I liked (and could afford) were gone before I could see them in person. Undaunted, she compiled a list of houses to see when we met, and found me the perfect fit . Best experience I've ever had working with an Agent over the years, and many transactions. My husband and I first met Amber as she was presenting an open house in Gilbert. At the time my fiancée and I after a couple of words we immediately wanted her to be our Realtor. This was going to be our first house together. A year went by and met other realtors but none like the demeanor of Ambers. We got married and started saving for our house. We called Amber and for the next few months she helped us find our house. During this process, my husband had to have a serious back surgery. We worked with DJ to purchase a condo in late 2014/early 2015 (The plan was to sell our house and then purchase a smaller condo -- which we did within 6 weeks, thanks to DJ.) We had some very specific wants/needs -- certain price range, layout, preferred ZIP code, etc. Although at first it looked like we wouldn't be able to afford what we wanted, we wound up with an excellent property -- very close to what we'd dreamed of, which was amazing since most people told us we couldn't come close. DJ was very patient throughout the process. He's got a gentle touch and a no-pressure attitude. He printed out comparables for the area so we'd know what to expect and gave us a link to the MLS system to do searches. DJ was meticulous about the process. He handled all communication with the seller, found a top-notch company to take a look at the property, and made sure all concerns were addressed and some minor repairs were made. We also negotiated down the price a bit, and he was very helpful with that. He provided valuable contacts (affordable) for insurance, warrantees, and water system. He even changed all the locks in the house for us -- as a gift for our business. It's a year later, and we couldn't be happier!

We contacted DJ about selling my mom's house in late 2014 after we found a condo for her. We sold the house in 9 days -- that's right 9! -- and we've got DJ to thank for it. Here's why: (1) He gave us great advice about how to make little fixes to the property that increased its curb appeal and value and gave us the names of folks who could do the work (2) He created a fantastic listing -- came and took all the photos himself -- that focused on the home's strong points and resulted in a quick sale (3) He helped us come up with a reasonable sales price and gave great advice on how to negotiate with our buyer DJ is very responsive, always available, returning e-mails and phone calls quickly. He took us through each step of the process and explained terms we didn't understand. He was definitely on our side! Just a fantastic guy and professional.
