•We recently worked with LuAnn Shikasho (and her team-member, Trent Nogaard) to purchase our first home (in August 2024), and I am very grateful we had her to represent and advise us throughout the process. Here are the reasons why: -Responsive and reliable: She always returned my calls/texts and answered my questions promptly (even when she was clearly very busy). I could trust that she would get back to me just as soon as she could and I never had to nag to get a response. She also made sure we were able to view houses efficiently and quickly to give us the best chance in a competitive market where houses were selling very fast. -Has the heart of a teacher: She scheduled a meeting early on to go over the home-buying process, took time to listen to what I was looking for in a house, and answered all of my questions as they came up. -Honest, experienced, and knowledgeable: She helped us understand how to make a solid/fair offer and kept us informed of the timelines, progress, etc. -Very patient and professional: She didn't even blink an eye when we asked to have the house inspected 9 different times, potentially setting a new world record(?) - don't judge me, I'm a very thorough person and the house was built in 1895! :) -Great negotiator and good people skills: She helped negotiate over $28,000 off of the price of the house and closing costs. We thought she did an excellent job taking our concerns seriously and presenting them to the sellers on our behalf. You can't go wrong with LuAnn (and Trent). They are both clearly passionate about helping buyers get the home of their dreams. I would recommend choosing them as your agent if you want a team that is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and great at what they do!
