•Molly Flemming is a very engaged and enthusiastic realtor. She came recommended by a trusted family friend and was great to work with. She helped us find our dream home whilst we were living out of state, which is not the easiest task. Molly started us off with accounts on her internal housing website which we could have updated as frequent as hourly if we wanted. We took several months before flying out to view houses. Molly is very well connected and was able to squeeze us in to view houses that were already fully booked. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable and helped us identify the right location for us. Molly tends to be more conservative with offers which gave us the advantage in the current real estate market. She was available for all key milestones, like the inspection. The only criticism I would have is that some of the timelines she put in the contract were very tight and had us sweating on more than one occasion. This, although stressful for us, did in fact win us a house though. Molly did a fantastic job and has a lot of experience and acumen in real estate in north San Diego county.
