•Rosi Andrews was referred to us by several neighbors who had worked with her either purchasing or selling a home on our street. She came highly, highly recommended! We owned a large contemporary property in the seacoast and felt it was time to downsize into a smaller dwelling. She really listened to our needs and guided us through the whole process. We wanted someone who understood the local housing market and who had years of experience within the community and surrounding area. Rosi met every criteria we had for choosing the right real estate person to represent us. Her connections within the community was impressive. She simply knows everyone; who to call, and how to get done was is needed to make a sale happen. She expertly presented our home at an open house which resulted with an agreement by the end of the weekend. I will add that we had many roadblocks, challenges and issues to work through with our sale. Rosi tackled each and every one professionally with us often, often after hours giving us confidence and a way to move forward. I know we would not have accomplished a successful sale without her. Rosi uses a team approach in getting things handled and I see that as a valuable quality for a realtor to have. I cannot say enough about how good our experience was with Rosi over these last few months and how much we appreciated her effort. I would recommend her to anyone, everyone who is looking for an outstanding realtor they can rely on to sell or buy property. Adding a personal note, aside from Rosi being competent, knowledgeable and experienced, she has a wonderful way about her. Her smile and steady approach is reassuring and was always helpful to us. Rosi should be Realtor of the Year! She was amazing. We now consider her a friend.
