Tiana was a joy to work with. She always remains positive which is huge considering the ups and downs that can come with buying or selling a home. She was very detail oriented and extremely organized. Most importantly, she was readily available to answer questions and give advice. Sophia Richards exceeded my expectations as the listing agent for my home. From start to finish, she was helpful and professional. Her communication about every step of the process was excellent. I had the pleasure of working with Sophia and I couldn’t be more impressed with her knowledge and dedication. From our first meeting, it was clear that she had an understanding of the market and a strong ability to guide me through the entire selling process with confidence. Her communication skills were outstanding—always responsive, patient, and able to explain complex details in a way that made everything clear. Whether it was negotiating on my behalf or providing insightful advice, Sophia went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. If you’re looking for a realtor who is not only experienced but also genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Sophia Richards. I would not hesitate to work with her again in the future!

The best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Tiana really went the extra mile in getting my condo sold way short of the market average. Thanks so much Tiana and all the girls at seaside luxe you’ve all become lifelong friends!!

After spending four years searching for a home in another state, my husband and I were apprehensive about a new home search in Florida. But very quickly, we were amazed at how easy Tiana made the entire process once we decided to buy in Delray Beach. From start to finish, she listened to our needs and delivered on everything we were looking for. Tiana was incredibly timely and responsive, always available to answer our questions and guide us through the process. She was not only helpful but went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted during negotiations. Her expertise and tenacity moved the deal along very quickly (we closed in just over a month!), and she made what could have been a stressful experience seamless. To top it all off, Tiana made us feel so special at closing – we truly felt spoiled! We can’t thank her enough for helping us find and secure our home. If you’re looking for someone who delivers exceptional results with a personal touch, Tiana is the agent you need—we highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you, Tiana! We were buying a vacation/winter home in Delray Beach and Tiana was so helpful. She facetimed us to walk us through several houses before we traveled out to actually see them. She was amazing and would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new home!

We recently purchased a condo in Stuart to be closer to our children. Robert was recommended to us through a friend of our daughter. From our primary home in TX, we communicated our wishlist to Robert and he made a short list of properties for us to see while in FL. We spent a day looking at different properties and he was knowledgeable about each and every one. We were back in TX after our offer was accepted so Robert took care of everything in FL. He was always available to answer questions or check on things. This buying experience was very smooth and not stressful at all! And now, thanks to Robert, we have a very comfortable place to stay when visiting our grandson. We highly recommend Robert Abrams as a real estate agent. He has experience and working relationships with many people in the business. You cannot go wrong with Robert as your representative. Great agent!

I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was working with Jack. He knows the market in Ocean City. I took his advice on pricing my home and it worked out much better than I had hoped. He took care of just about everything leading up to the sale. I’ve sold other homes in the past and I’ve found that other agents will sometimes call you about every little thing. I was in contact with Jack throughout the process but he would only call me with questions that were completely relevant. It was a seamless, stress free experience. I completely recommend working with Jack if you’re looking to sell your home.
