From our primary home in TX, we communicated our wishlist to Robert and he made a short list of properties for us to see while in FL. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was working with Jack. He knows the market in Ocean City. I took his advice on pricing my home and it worked out much better than I had hoped. He took care of just about everything leading up to the sale. I’ve sold other homes in the past and I’ve found that other agents will sometimes call you about every little thing. I was in contact with Jack throughout the process but he would only call me with questions that were completely relevant. It was a seamless, stress free experience.
