There aren't enough words to describe what a pleasure it was to work with Tiana. In today's current market conditions, finding "the one" can be daunting. However, Tiana made my dream of being a Delray Beach homeowner possible. She set up a consultation with me and walked me through what to expect, and asked me what I was looking for. She was constantly looking for listings and PERSONALLY sent me listings of homes within the criteria I was looking for. Any time I needed to see a listing (most of the time short notice) Tiana was on it. Her true strengths are her likability, attention to detail, and assertiveness. She has a plethora of knowledge on all things real estate (economic conditions, cash flow generation, and investment opportunities) and was able to tailor an offer that helped me secure my first home and the largest purchase of my life! She stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and devoted a significant amount of time and attention to me. Without her expertise and local insight, I am convinced my offer wouldn't have made the cut. Not only that, but when my appraisal came up short she was able to secure a reconsideration adding an additional $10K to the appraised value, something extremely difficult in today's real estate environment.
