Lisa is very knowledgeable about the market
Lisa is very knowledgeable about the market. In our situation we had a few bumps in the road but Lisa always maintained a positive attitude and kept progressing to meet our closing date. We would definitely recommend Lisa for your buying or selling needs.

Lisa was well prepared in our very first meeting with comps and recommendations. Once she listed our property, she had routine communication to keep us posted on progress and helped the negotiation process once the offer was received. She followed up on details to ensure a proper closing even when a couple of last minute items came up unexpectedly. She helped both parties through the process. You won't find a better agent than Lisa Revis! From beginning to end, Lisa was prepared to sell our house quick. Up front, we were a little worried about the whole process because we were selling late in the year. With that said, we interviewed a couple of realtors to see who we were going to use to sell our house. After speaking with Lisa on the phone, she came to the first visit with an arsenal of tools to show us how she would market our house and she left us feeling reassured that we had found our agent! She was down to earth and really just seemed to understand our needs. She listed the house the weekend after Thanksgiving and by Monday, we had several appointments on the books to show the house. By Monday night night, we had our first offer and those offers were going up more on Tuesday. By Tuesday night, we had the house under contract and were on our way to close. For those counting, we were under contract in less than a week. Throughout the entire process, Lisa was available to us for any questions or comments and she always returned our calls or emails in what seemed like a matter of minutes. From negotiating the sale to handling any questions through closing, she made the process go a lot smoother than we had ever imagined. What a great experience
What a great experience.... we came from out of town and Lisa was very knowledgeable. She knew we only had one day to look at houses and she had everything lined up so we were able to see all of the houses we wanted. She is very personable. She is prompt and has excellent communication skills.

Very Professional
Mrs. Revis has been very professional in all of our dealings. She has been knowledgeable regarding how to market my property. She has also responded within minutes every time I have called her. Her advice regarding what to expect in dealing with buyers has been right on. I had this property listed with national company for 2 years with no luck. Mrs. Revis presented me with several offers within three weeks of her listing the property.

Lisa did a great job listing, marketing, and closing our house sale
Lisa did a great job listing, marketing, and closing our house sale. The property in the country required patience, flexibility, and several market analysis to price it right and Lisa collaborated with us all along, including expedited negotiation to get agreement on minor inspection issues. Do not get misled by her apparent small operation but appreciate that she is on the road most of the time where the business takes place.
