•We knew Craig years ago and liked him as a person so scheduled a meeting about him potentially selling our home. He immediately proved he was the right realtor for us with the thoughtfulness and preparation he brought to our initial consultation. He was genuinely invested in our home sale, as well as our subsequent out of state purchase. Craig was kind and diplomatic when discussing needed preparations for photos and showings. He even offered to move furniture around! He facilitated beautiful photos of our home that made it look out of a magazine. We took a corporate relocation which was a first for all us. There were MANY unusual details and timelines necessary to complete the transaction. Craig remained positive, as well as humorous, at the times I became stressed and he was frequently more in touch with the needed criteria than I was. He definitely kept my anxiety lower as I trusted him implicitly. Craig was always responsive and never made us feel rushed. He genuinely cared about our outcome, as well as our ideal timeline. I can't imagine partnering with a better realtor and would recommend him for any real estate need!
