•I could not ask for a better agent. Sonja was amazing regarding all the most important aspects of interacting together for a property sale. Communication was excellent throughout the process from starting with needs for preparing the property for sale, information on interested buyers and final steps in closing. We had certain difficult issues with the property that had to be dealt with and Sonja faced them head-on with confidence. It was thanks to her that we worked through the issues with the buyer, which led to a successful sale. She is also very efficient and thorough with paperwork and is excellent at explaining the process and answering questions. Overall, we as the sellers felt very well cared for, so to speak, due to Sonja's professionalism and thoroughness. I highly recommend her!
Sonja went above and beyond all expectation. The sale of our property was complicated due to access issues. Sonja educated herself on Maine law, communicated nearly constantly and acted always in a polite, professional manner, her ethics always at the forefront. I will not hesitate to use her again and would recommend her to anyone ready to market their home.
