•My brother and I are both out of state, in different states. We had a renter in our fathers house after he died. Erin worked with our renter to get the house emptied on time, she knew all the contacts to get our home ready to show. The pictures really showcased all of its best features. Then she dealt with one of the most antagonistic buyers I’ve ever heard of, to get under contract. Then there were these legal loop holes that we would have never known what to do about (crazy laws in NC) that she closed or corrected. To say she made this effortless is an understatement. When you’re going though this process you want knowledge and experience, but also great negotiating skills, and compassion. Erin has it all.
