•Samantha was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and an absolute joy to work with. She worked with us every step of the way, and was patient in walking us through process. We had a lot of work that needed to be done to get the house ready to go on the market, and Samantha gave us contacts of contractors to work with who were very fair in price and excellent in the quality of work. She communicated with us and kept us informed of everything that we would need to know. She also was very encouraging and supportive, especially when things happened that were out of our control. She was always available, even when she was out of the country on vacation. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable about the market, researching the comparable properties, and giving us excellent advice on setting a selling price. The selling process was filled with lots of ups and downs, but with Samantha we were in excellent hands. We can't thank her enough for all that she did!
