Superb; Franklin's marketing knowledge and investment through various platforms was pivotal throughout our sale. He has a high work ethic standard, from pictures taken to ensuring the house was maintained clean throughout showings and active managerial skills, everything you can ask for from a realtor, he has. Trustworthy; Franklin communication skills and work ethic are above any other realtors currently in the field (we personally had a different realtor before Frank and interview a full hand of other ones), I can substantiate this comment. He handled our sale and treated us like a family, he managed and delivered everything in a timely manner throughout the sale process, all this with me and my spouse living overseas throughout the sale process. He privided a peace of mind. A planner; Franklin planned and produced more than three courses of action for us, in which he was transparent and very deliberate. He explained us pros and cons for every single course of action, allowing us to make the best decision and close on a deal. I highly recommend Franklin, his commitment makes who he is, you will be in great hands. 💯
