Fantastic communicator with a deep understanding of the housing market business

Dawn was great to work with! She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in many areas such as communication, integrity and overall professionalism. We are first time homebuyers and she lead us perfectly through the process. We can not thank her enough for her patience and time with us. We asked a lot of questions (some repeated a couple times) and she took time to really listen to what we were saying and help guide us.

We had a great experience when Dawn helped us purchase our home five years ago, so of course we contacted her when we were ready to make a change and sell our home and purchase a new construction.
