•Isiah and his team proved themselves to be the best realty team I have ever dealt with. Moving around with the military, I have encountered plenty. Isiah met with me, closely listened to my questions, concerns, and what results I was looking for. He took the time to develop a marketing plan and review it with me so I could be informed every step of the way. His intricate marketing plan got me a full price offer on the first day listed. I will tell you he was so patient and went out of his way to get this deal closed for me. Due to circumstances out of our control, this deal became extremely difficult but Isiah refused to give up even when I wouldn't have blamed him if he did. Every time a monkey wrench was thrown at us, he made a point to stay calm and work through it. Even talked me off the ledge as I was reaching my boiling point a time or two. I just loved working with him and his team. The professionalism and care they took in order to get my home sold was extraordinary. Day or night they were all available if I needed them. There is no one else I would want to help with my realty needs in the future. Thank you Isiah!!!!
I do not normally take the time to write reviews but I had to this time. How do you place into words the best realty experience one has ever had? Honestly I don't know but I will try. I have bought and sold homes before while serving in the Army and I will tell you, Ms. Carla's performance in this sale was unmatched by far. This sale became very stressful for me and {I promise} it had absolutely nothing to do with this realty team. This team is what kept me on track, kept me informed at every turn, and shared expert knowledge and advice which solidified a better sale than expected. The sale of my home hit some speed bumbs and challenges (which had nothing to do with them). WHOOOOO did we have some headaches delivered to us!!! But Ms. Carla and her team stayed calm and patient while they found the solution to everything thrown at us. Hahaha she talked me off of a ledge a time or two. If I told you Ms. Carla and her team when above and beyond would be a tremendous overstatement. When the buyer's inspector was complaining about the smoke detectors (saying they weren't working), Ms. Carla went to the house on her day off to test and prove they were working properly. Even when I had to go out of town they had the reins and and got this deal closed. In her advice to me, she had my back! She never told me to concede just to get this deal done quickly and they could get their money. That meant so much to me. I needed a team who had my back and I found it here. If you are in the market to sell or to buy a home and need a team that thick or thin has your back, then call this team. No matter the challenge, roadblock, or difficulty, they will go above and beyond to get the deal YOU want. If I were ever to buy another home in the area, I promise, It would be with no other team.
