•Recently had to sell my property through a bit of a rough period in my life, and Mikaela made the process much easier to deal with. She provided me with reliable guidance to help prepare the property for market and also provided an excellent staging service that really helped to improve the appeal of the property since all of the furnishings had been removed. She provided advice and help through each step of the process, from the listing price, to figuring out which offer to accept, and was on top of all of the documentation and deadlines so that nothing was missed. We had an accelerated closing, and Mikaela was integral in helping make that process go smoothly. She provided regular updates and responded quickly to my questions, and I never had to worry that something would be missed as she was on top of everything. I would definitely work with Mikaela again in the future.
