On the 12th month of house hunting….

Cristian is motivational, professional, life altering and down right caring. He is the “real deal” real estate agent. He is knowledgeable and relentless in his desire to get you exactly what you want. My husband, Albert, secured a job in Florida. He decided we could be happy in Florida. I was not convinced. I miss the seasons. However, I contacted Cristian on March 22, 2024. Our family of four, slept the first night under our new roof March 22, 2025. Please don’t think Cristian was slow. He was sent to us by God. We, while selling our old home got hit by a scam in the township we previously lived in to replace a septic. Oh by the way you are under contract but your buyer can’t move in until the CO. Bye bye buyer. Excited to have another buyer and no financing. Bye bye buyer. Cristian saw us through. I told Cristian that I would love to see our new house that we can’t close on yet. Cristian sets up a tour for me since I never saw the house in person. Our car gets a flat. Cristian to the rescue. I am coming to get you. The sellers were great but we should have closed in December. Our lives were in a holding pattern. Cristian never failing in optimism got us into our Florida home. After many tears, he will be our Florida agent for life. We already have his next sale in the process. He is what action and perseverance looks like in total chaos. Throughout the entire process Cristian kept us both up to date even when we were in different states. He was transparent at all times and educated himself about practice and laws in another state just to make my husband’s dream a reality. Thank you Cristian.
