I am a first time out of state investor who happened to get in contact with Payton through zillow and I have been extremely happy with her services. I haven't visited KC area and have met her but that will happen soon as I expand my real estate investment portfolio in KCMO. I don't expect or ask her to find deals for me as I like to be in control of that but when I do find one and run it by her or send it to her to procced, her response is very quick.
