MIchelle is the best real estate agent out there, hands down. Unfortunately we used another real estate agent when we sold our home (he sells the most homes in Utah so we figured we would be good). Pat goes beyond what a normal agent does. I've worked with her several times and she looks at homes like her customers. She'll take you through the houses, and listens to what you say you are looking for, after a few places she then narrows her search down to what her clients really wants and always tries to find the lowest price.
