We worked with Doug Harris with Exit Realty regarding our Lake Tawakoni. He got us a deal we could live with. He was the 2nd realtor we hired to sell the lake property. The 1st couldn't sell the property. Doug came in and sold it for us by good old hard work. He kept our property refreshed on the various websites, which ultimately was the way it sold.
