As a resident of Mitchell, I am committed to our community. My professional role as a real estate broker and owner at EXIT Realty Mitchell & EXIT Prime Realty is my full-time occupation. I am an active member of the Mitchell Board of Realtors, the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire, the Central South Dakota Board of Realtors, and the Huron Board of Realtors. Additionally, I am affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and South Dakota Realtors and hold designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Certified Real Estate Marketer (CREM), and Certified Listing Expert (CLE). EXIT Realty Mitchell and EXIT Prime Realty aim to provide outstanding services, emphasizing a high-tech, high-touch approach. Upon completing my degree in medical laboratory technology from Mitchell Technical Institute, I worked at Avera Queen of Peace and Avera McKennan Hospitals. I then pursued further education, earning both bachelor's and master's degrees in biology and secondary education from Dakota Wesleyan University. Utilizing my educational background, I have taught science in high school and college environments. My husband, Kleve, and I own EXIT Realty Mitchell, EXIT Prime Realty, North Central Seed Company, 4K Land Group, and Dakota Forb Production. Kleve oversees operations at North Central Seed Company and engages in real estate sales at EXIT Realty Mitchell. Beyond our professional endeavors, we participate in our community's educational, sports, and musical aspects. We also manage various residential and commercial rental properties in Mitchell. In addition to managing a real estate enterprise, I volunteer on the BID Board for the City of Mitchell and serve on the Connect Mitchell Committee for the Mitchell Chamber of Commerce. My past volunteer efforts include being on the board for the Mitchell Area Safe House and the James Valley Community Center, teaching Sunday School, assisting at my sons' schools, and participating in their activities. I am a member of the local PEO BK chapter. Outside of work, I spend time with my family and dog, Jack. My professional goal is to keep clients informed about real estate developments and provide exemplary service.
