•I started looking for a house the summer of 2016, in the fall I met Peggy, loved her personality and decided to go with her as my realtor! She took over all the work and did everything for me! I could text/call her at almost any time of the day or night and she was always happy and willing to answer any questions or look into things for me! Being a young couple we struggled to find a home that was in decent condition yet affordable for us in the Milford area so after a while we started opening up to the idea of smaller towns nearby! Peggy traveled all over for us! She showed us about 15 different homes and fiiiinally in December she found us the one, right here in Milford! It fit every one of our needs or wants, and was in our price range! One of the things I was most impressed with was that we were obviously low on the totum pole for real estate agents (being young, 1st time buyers, and a very low budget for the area) but Peggy treated us as if we were her top priority the entire time! She was always happy and fun to work to with! She definitely made some stressful times enjoyable!
Peggy went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to sell, negotiated an great price for us and helped us through the closing process. She was very prompt to return all our calls and answer all our questions, helped us find the people we needed to make the sell happen and helped make our moving process a breeze.
