Jaime did a superior job of selling our home from the outset. She used an excellent photographer to take great pictures of the house for the listing and she did an excellent job of writing the description of the house. She held two very timely open houses and marketed them very well and developed several good prospects as a result. In this market, resale is very challenging as a result of several very large home builders continually flooding the market with new construction at bargain basement pricing. Nonetheless, Jaime brought us several offers in a very short period of time and we closed on the house much faster than we had anticipated. Jaime is experienced, knowledgeable, concerned and extremely effective. We are very pleased that we chose Jaime to represent us!
