Tonya was so patient I worked with her for almost 2 yrs before I found my condo. She worked meticulously to meet my every requirement on exactly what I wanted. Jaime reacted well to selling problems and communicated well. Above and beyond to facilitate closing issues. However, in hindsight, given the hot market, I think a lost month in a “coming soon” status after we moved was not needed. Also, I think better proactive vetting of the first failed buyer and advice on his condition and VA loan status may have saved wasting a lot of time
