My husband and I were moving to Daphne from 10 hours away while 9 months pregnant, and Jaime and Karly were incredible at accommodating us and helping us find the perfect home for our little family. Karly showed us properties while we were in the area and continued to keep us up to date on all things available as they came onto the market. Karly went above and beyond - FaceTime showings and keeping our best interest in mind when we could not be there to do it for ourselves. We completely trust their judgement and knew they would take the best care of us! Closing went flawlessly and Karly made sure all of the details were handled. This is our third time purchasing a home, and it was by far the least stressful experience we have ever had when it could have been really stressful due to life circumstances. Karly was truly exceptional. My wife contacted her out of the clear blue sky to help assist with looking into a few homes while I was interviewing for a position in the Mobile, AL area. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in the area and I’m so thankful I did. Karly was ALWAYS available. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I was involved with selling a house out of state as well as a relocation company, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. She highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Katy really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property – look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Karly will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Katy was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did! Karly's promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended her to others.
