I was ready to list my house and my friend at work gave me Jaimes's card because she had just listed and sold their house. Jaime came out and gave me past "sold prices" in my area and we came up with the same listing price. I figured it would be on the market for about 60 days, but the very first person that came to look at it bought the house. From the very start Jaime was professional, courteous and just very friendly to work with. She dotted all the i's and crossed the t's on everything during this whole time. Our family recently moved to Daphne, AL from IL and Jaime has been stellar every step of the way. Coming from 1000 miles away, we knew nothing about the area, nothing about southern homes/construction, and really didn’t know exactly which town would best suit our needs. Jaime was able to answer every one of our questions and was so incredibly knowledgeable about the market, the various neighborhoods, the different builders, and each area. We looked at over 10 houses and Jaime was so patient and upbeat the whole day. When it came time to putting an offer in on our now home, she guided us every step of the way and really advocated for us. She truly went absolutely above and beyond.
