We were working with Ashley in search of a house to breathe new life into and resale. She kept an eye on the market keeping and eye out for what we looking for and found a nice option in Daphne and brought it to our attention. She was very helpful throughout the closing process and everything went smoothly! Once we had renovated the property and were ready to put it back on the market choosing a realtor was not a decision we had to face. We knew with crystal clear certainty we didn’t want go to market with anybody other than Ashley. We never once regretted our decision. She really went to bat for us. Hosting multiple open houses and even calling other realtors in the area to put together a tour of homes in our neighborhood! The market was a little slow, almost dead just before the 2024 election but even so she found a motivated buyer and helped us negotiate a fair price! We really enjoyed working with Ashley and highly recommend her to anyone needing her services. I got the feeling working with her that her passion was more aligned with getting us a good result and making the entire process as stress free as possible than it was concern for her own bottom line.
