•Julie Rubacha was very easy to work with. Not only is she an attentive agent but also a professional photographer. Prior to listing our house for sale, Julie went over several pricing options, explaining the pros and cons about over/under priced listings. She also spent many hours over 2 days taking, the most beautiful, pictures and videos of our home. She listed our house on Friday, hosted an open house on Saturday and had multiple offers for us on Sunday. After a little back and forth between the agents we accepted an offer, above list. She was even available to us, while out of the country on vacation. We would, (and have,) highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
